There are many mindfulness exercises that one would not consider as conventional meditation because it’s all happening on the go, in mind.
One of the most use meditations is called Mantra Om Meditation, where we listen and focus on the word and repeating Om sound, which clears your head from unnecessary thoughts and distractions, so deep meditation can begin.

Create a personal development plan that is centered around personal beliefs that you have identified. Working against these values will lead to frustration and failure. Instead, focus on all that is important in your life, and work to improve those things. Positive changes that you make in your life are more likely to stay with you if they coincide with your value system.
Rather than bragging to others about all of your accomplishments, instead ask people about theirs. You will be amazed to hear some of the wonderful and interesting things the people around you have done in their lives, and you will earn new respect for them by understanding their true character.
There is one key strategy to consider, no matter what your individual goals for personal development. It is important that you be an active participant in living your life. Watching from the sidelines serves no good purpose. Do not let your life pass you by; it is fine to observe, but you must also live!
